The Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Process features 40 to 70+ hours working directly with me over a 6- to 12-month period. This is for those female tech executives who are willing and able to do the work and challenge themselves as an elite athlete would do in order to win in life and career. I did it, and you can too.
If you're not willing to do the work and achieve your greatness, I will not work with you. Like there is no sense in investing in coaching a perpetually poor performing employee, there is no sense in me investing my time and energy to help a fellow executive who isn't willing to help themselves to be better and do better.

An in-depth diagnostic interview, assessed using the JMG proprietary Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory (MLEI)® “inner-core” assessment.
Stakeholder interviews, conducted by me.
Strategic-Tactical Leadership Index-360 (STLI-360)® to gain insight into your “outer-core” effectiveness.
Where possible, shadowing you as you go about conducting organizational development meetings, delivering presentations, and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
Debrief with you about your custom assessment results.
Offer my observations over multiple insightful coaching sessions together
Dedicated partnered coaching sessions with me directly together with you “hip to hip” to help you build and implement your custom leadership and personal development plan focused on leveraging your gifts and strengths and addressing development needs.
Deliver the powerful LeaderWatch® Survey at the 6 or 9-month mark to obtain feedback from stakeholders to determine if you are improving in those areas identified as critical in your leadership development plan.
ILEC is the ONLY coaching program available anywhere that measures your progress to plan. Measurement is important to ensure the coaching is effective and you continue on your path of greatness.
